Drew Flatt - Executive Chef
For over 15 years, Executive Chef Drew Flatt has combined passion and impeccable taste to craft well-balanced meals that delight, satisfy and nourish.

A native of upstate New York, Chef Drew has cultivated his skills in acclaimed establishments throughout the United States. After obtaining a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, he relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, to work under famed chef Reed Groban at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort.

For seven years, Chef Drew’s talents were hailed at the Resort’s various dining venues. As Assistant Chef at the exclusive 5-Diamond Marquesa, he produced fine Catalonian cuisine for banquets of 50-2500. He also served on the opening team of newly renovated The Grill at the TPC, celebrated for its Dry Aged Prime Steaks.

After relocating to the Midwest, Chef Drew quickly established himself in Tulsa’s fine dining scene, serving as Executive Chef at the Adams Mark Hotel Downtown and The Doubletree Hotel at Warren Place. Today, he continues to create culinary masterpieces exclusively for D’Novo Lean Gourmet.
