D’Novo Lean Gourmet president and founder Anna Hollinger understands the challenges a lot of her customers face. As a Dallas banker, her busy lifestyle meant she was always on the go, with little time to prepare or seek out healthy meals. Later, as a top-producing real estate agent in Tulsa (selling more than$130 million in property in just seven short years), her hectic schedule meant more of the same: making healthy choices was as difficult as ever.

In 2007, Anna decided to figure out how to take the work out of nutritious living and D’Novo Lean Gourmet was born. She created the concept, built a business plan, and assembled a team to make the dream a reality. Today, Anna oversees a thriving business with an acclaimed chef preparing sophisticated meals to be delivered daily, a full-time nutritionist conducting personalized client evaluations, and a growing number of D’Novo devotees who are eating — and living — healthier, happier lives.
